This gorgeous, extremely private home boasts incredible 360 views of the Osa Peninsula, Cano Island, Tres Hermanas,  Isla Ballena and primary hardwood rainforest!  Watch amazing wildlife and hundreds of species of birds up close, right in your back yard.  Close to everything, and conveniently located between Uvita and Ojochal!  You are 15-20 minutes away from gorgeous beaches, waterfalls, shopping and restaurants.  Located 950' above the Pacific Ocean, this amazing, comfortable home has one of the best ocean views you will ever encounter.  You'll have a commanding view of 5 offshore islands.  Costa Ballena is world renowned for the ballenas (whales) that congregate offshore at certain times of year.  You'll find yourself spending all your time on the expansive 54' long ocean view deck, watching agouti, sleepy Howlers, chattering White Faced Monkeys swinging through the trees, coati and hundreds of species of birds such as hummingbirds, hawks, Toucans and Cusingas. This “organic contemporary” home is incredibly comfortable and serene, surrounded by extensive tropical flower gardens and landscaping, with banana, avocado, mango, papaya, orange, grapefruit, lime, lemon, and yucca trees.

The air-conditioned queen bedrooms on the lower level open directly onto the flower filled landscaping, with a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom and an additional full bathroom just off the hallway. Refresh under the outdoor garden shower after a beach day, then relax upstairs in the spacious open loft with two queen beds—sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably.  The well-appointed kitchen flows into the outdoor living and dining area, making it easy to enjoy meals by the pool.
